We finally got around to celebrating
Celtic Queen's birthday on Saturday. We had a witch cake (it made my lips black) and pumpkin ice cream. (As I told CQ -- the candles here mean absolutely nothing, they're only meant to be aesthetically pleasing.)

So what do you get a fellow fiber fiend? Fiber! This is
Spunky Eclectic's "Mars" from the Galaxy series, some soy silk from the
Happy Hippie in the "Haight Ashbury" colorway, more Spunky Ecletic merino/tencel in "Goblin Eyes" (she loved the name!) and some Spunky Eclectic SW Corriedale in the "Toronto" colorway (
so her colors.) I wanted give her a mix of colors and fibers to practice spinning on. And she could even tell the Celtic Consort that she didn't get "more yarn" (yet).
